Information for Subscribers and Purchasers

Paid subscriptions are no longer being accepted for Volume 41 (2012) and onwards. The Journal will be changing its publication method to provide all papers and articles as free PDF files on Internet after the review and editing processes have been completed for each one.

Volume 41 consists of one 96 page issue dedicated to the Judbarra / Gregory Karst that is expected to be published in May 2012. Free PDF files will be soon be available on Internet for all of the papers. Printed copies of the issue can be ordered in advance using the Purchase Order Form provided below.

The cost per copy is AUD $ 27.00 for Australian and New Zealand delivery addresses and AUD $ 30.00 for all other international destinations, including postage. These rates exclude the Australian G.S.T. (Goods and Services Tax). ASF is not registered to collect the G.S.T. and payment of G.S.T. is not required.

Payment must be made to "Helictite" in Australian Dollars by bank cheque, personal cheque (in association with an Australian Bank), Australian money order, international money order (in Australian Dollars), cash, or direct deposit to the Helictite bank account. Payment is not accepted by credit card, charge card, or any form of international currency.

Deliveries outside of Australia are sent via air mail. A receipt is sent with the posted copies.

The Purchase Order Form is available in three formats:

	Word 97 document (doc, 20K)
	Portable Document Format (pdf, 84K)

Choose the format which produces the best results when it is opened and printed on your computer. Instructions and further information are given on the form.

Printed copies for libraries or other organisations may be purchased through Subscription Agents, where payment is made direct to the agent. The rate may vary from that given above.
